Solution to the occurrence of pores in aluminum alloy die castings

In order to ensure the degassing quality of the aluminum alloy melt, a good refining and degassing agent should be selected to reduce the gas content in the aluminum solution, and timely remove oxides such as slag and bubbles on the liquid surface to prevent the gas from entering the die casting again.

Choose a suitable release agent. The selected release agent does not generate gas during the die-casting process, and the release performance is good.

Ensure that the mold is vented smoothly and the gas in the mold is completely exhausted, especially at the final polymerization position of molten aluminum.

Adjust the casting parameters in the form of a mold, and the filling speed should not be too fast to avoid entraining air. Casting temperature should also be well controlled.

In product and mold design, attention should be paid to core pulling and cooling to minimize excessive wall thickness differences.

The pores that often appear on fasteners should be improved from the mold and design.
