• Are You A Manufacturer Or A Trading Company?

  Longwin Precision is a manufacturer that has a total of two factories(one in Dongguan, one in Changzhou).

• How Can I Customize My Products?

  Attach your drawings with details (surface treatment, material, quantity and special requirements etc.).

• How Can I Get A Sample For Testing?

  We will offer free or charged samples depending on the products.

• How Long Will You Produce The Motor End Cover?

  Normally three weeks, we will arrange the production schedule depending on the quantity and the delivery.

• What Are Your Payment Terms?

  We accept Western Union or Paypal for a small account, a big amount, T/T is preferred.

• How Long Can I Get The Quote?

  We will give you the quotation within 48 hours (Considering the time difference).

• How About Transportation?

  Samples by air (if not too heavy), otherwise by sea or air.

• What If The Products We Received Are Not Good?

  Contact us without hesitation, our special after-sales service will take responsibility.

• What Production Services Can Be Provided?

  Mold making, die casting, CNC machining and surface treatment.

• How Can I Track The Progress Of Production Without Visiting Your Factory?

  We will provide you with a production schedule, photos and videos to keep you updated on the status of the project.
