Our factory spans more than 28,000 square meters.
4. What machines do you have in your factory?
We have a total of 500 CNC machines from Japan and Taiwan. These machines can produce cylindrical products with diameters ranging from 1-400mm and lengths from 1-1,000mm. For non-cylindrical products, lengths range from 0.5mm to 1,000mm, widths from 0.5mm to 600mm, and heights from 0.5mm to 600mm. The accuracy can be up to 0.002mm.
5. How are the products packed?
Inner packaging: PP bags, bubble wrap, plastic wrap, foam, etc.
Outer packaging: Strong cardboard boxes, wooden cases, pallets, etc. Ensuring safe packing for long-distance shipping.
