Introduction

The common material for the front and rear end covers is ADC12, with the production process being aluminum alloy die-casting. During actual production, steel sleeves are often designed at the bearing location to increase the hardness of the bearing seat, thus solving the problem of bearing deformation caused by heat. The use of aluminum alloy significantly reduces the weight of the end cover, which in turn lowers costs.
