1. Finishing processing: This processing principle is roughly some polishing processing, which is usually a step after the product is completed.
2. Face first and then hole: When machining precision mechanical parts, for workpieces such as brackets, both plane machining and mechanical hole machining are required. In order to reduce the precision error of the machined hole, machining the plane before the hole machining is beneficial to reduce the error.
3. Divide the processing stage: When the product is used for precision mechanical parts, it needs to be processed to different degrees according to different product requirements, and the processing degree needs to be divided. If precision requirements are not high, then a simple roughing stage is sufficient. The schedule requirements of the products are becoming more and more strict, and the subsequent stages will be semi-finishing and finishing.
4. Datum first: When using mechanical equipment to process products, a datum plane must be determined so that there is a positioning reference in subsequent processing. After the datum plane is determined, the datum plane must be machined first. In precision machining, many workpieces are not produced at one time, but when the workpiece is produced, it is only a rough model.
