Precision robot parts and components processing process steps:
1. We assess and optimize the design when clients supply 2D and 3D designs of robot parts and components. If clients require to sign an NDA, we shall take confidentiality precautions to sternly defend their privacy.
2. Examine the product process in terms of the robot components' form, core technical specifications, and material and surface treatment needs, and then create a quotation table to present quotes to clients.
3. Use a video conference to discuss the product strategy and finalize the procedure with the customer's engineer.
4. The production system receives a processing order for robot parts through the corporate management system, and the necessary departments are then arranged to put together the program to give the product a three-dimensional processing effect.
5. Purchase the raw materials needed to process the robot spare parts, examine the components of the materials, and then store the materials.
6. Execute small batch CNC processing and process optimization before moving to mass production.
7. There is additional follow-up processing done on robot components, such as checking to see if the parts' surfaces need to be polished, sprayed, electroplated, wire drawn, etc.
8. After the robot components have been manufactured and processed, they will be put together, tested, and then shipped to the clients.
