The finishing of machining parts:
1. There shouldn't be any flaws, such as scratches, abrasions, or other surface damage, on the surface of machined parts.
2. Defects on the processed thread's surface, such as black skin, lumps, random buckles, and burrs, are not permitted. Before painting, rust, scale, grease, dust, mud, salt, and other contaminants must be removed from any steel surfaces that need to be painted.
3. To get rid of oil and filth from the surface of steel components before removing rust, use an organic solvent, lye, emulsifier, steam, etc.
4. No more than six hours must pass between the shot peening or hand rust removal of the area to be coated and the primer coating.
5. Before joining, anti-rust paint with a thickness of 30 to 40 um must be applied to the surfaces of the riveted components that will be in touch. Paint, putty, or glue should be used to seal the margins of the laps. Repainted primer that has been damaged by processing or welding
Treatment for sealing machining parts:
1. Before assembly, each seal has to be soaked in oil.
2. Thoroughly inspect the pieces before assembly for any sharp edges, burrs, or foreign items and remove them. When installing the seals, watch that they are not damaged.
3. The extra adhesive that pours out after bonding has to be cleaned up.
